Sanipage sits between your files and the AI. It replaces every client detail with a code, keeps the key to those codes on your computer, and swaps the real details back when the answer comes in.

Sanipage makes a pair of folders. You work in Original, where the real names live and AI tools are blocked. The AI works in Sanitised, where every client detail is a code. Sanipage moves files between them for you.

Before you try it.

Which AI tools does it work with?

Any that can read a file: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and others. Sanipage does not plug into the AI. It prepares a safe copy for it and restores what comes back.

How does it know what to replace?

It finds people, companies, addresses, phone numbers, emails and reference numbers. Anything it is unsure about is held for you to check before the file goes anywhere, and you can add names it should always catch.

What happens to Word tracked changes?

They are kept. When the AI's edited version comes back, you get a Word file with the real names restored and every suggested change still tracked, ready to accept or reject.

What do I need?

A Mac with an Apple chip (M1 or later) running macOS 14 Sonoma or newer.

What if I stop paying?

You can no longer code new files, but restoring names in files you already coded keeps working, always.

Can a team share the same client files?

Yes, on the Team plan. Shared folders keep one code table for everyone, so a file coded on one Mac restores on another.
